Conditions of Use

Black Mesa Winery Shipping and Wine Club Privacy Policy:

We will never sell your email or shipping address information. We will only use your addresses for shipment, wine club offerings, and notice of special promotions. You may cancel your membership at any time without further obligation except for wine shipped prior to receipt of notice of cancellation.

It is your obligation to notify Black Mesa Winery of any address change before your wine order is shipped and you will be responsible for extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines. Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each order, shipping container, tax (if applicable) and shipping prior to each shipment.

Delivery is via UPS in New Mexico . Each order must include a daytime telephone number. Orders are shipped in sturdy, shock sensitive containers placed within a corrugated box. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to shop or import wines into any state outside of New Mexico . The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM YOU ARE DIRECTING DELIVERY IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. Wine Club members will be charged for returned shipments to the winery.
